Proposed Scale: L = 25 km; B = 60 m; section lengths by localities include: Phu Luong 1,975 m; Binh Minh 2,125 m; Yen Nghia 1,870 m; Chuong My 5,880 m; Phu Nghia 4,450 m; Tran Phu and Xuan Mai 8,700 m.

Proposed Implementation Schedule: 2025–2030.
